PC qui reste bloquer après reformatage

Bonjour,

Voilà déjà quelque temps que je rencontre des problèmes avec mon Packard Bell Easy Note SB85 agé de 3 ans dont voici les caractéristiques:

Vista 32 bit édition familliale prémium
Processeur Intel Core2 duo CPU T5250 @ 1,50 GHZ, 1500 MHZ
Mémoire physique totale : 2 037,81 MO
Mémoire physique disque : 1,34 HO
Mémoire virtuelle disponible: 3,41 GO
Mémoire virtuelle totale: 4,2 GO
Carte Graphique Ndvidia GE force 8600M GS
BIOS/ Phoenix technologies LTD PB33A07; 01/08/2007

Cela à commencer par un temps de démarrage assez long (4-5 minutes), j'ai effectuer 5-6 réstaurations système et le pc tenait malgré tout...
Jusqu'à ce matin.
Je démarre le pc, lance internet explorer et la blocage ctrl alt suppr inaccessible, je redémarre manuellement ( au bouton ) et de même...
Après une défragmentation et plusieurs coups de CCleanerje me résoud à reformater le système, le problème persiste, je lance internet ou tout autre programme / application et au bout de 3-4 minutes blocage...

J'ai lancer un rapport hijackthis celà est peut être du à un virus ou autre ?
Mais je pense que cela vient du disque dur...
Quelqu'un aurait il une solution à m'apporter ?
