Bonjour,

Voila le problème mon PC ACER rame et sous windows il y a des dossier qui se génèrent tout seul.
Pouvez vous m'aider à faire un nettoyage de printemps?

    alors je te conseil tout d'abord de télécharger un logiciel du style Ccleaner pour supprimer les fichiers TEMP etc...
    après, tu peut toujours essayer de changer d'antivirus ou de le mettre a jour.
    sinon pour aue ton PC ram moin ya deux-trois manip a faire dans windows,

    telecharge norman malware cleaner il est gratuit il fait pas mal de" menage" bonne journee boby.

    *Brancher les sources de données externes au PC (clé USB, disque dur externe, carte SD, etc...) sans les ouvrir.

    *Double-cliquer sur le programme UsbFix sur le Bureau.

    *Choisir l'option 2 (Suppression).

    /!\ Le Bureau disparaîtra et le PC redémarrera /!\

    *Au redémarrage, UsbFix scannera le PC, laisser travailler l'outil.

    *Ensuite, poster le rapport usbFix.txt qui apparaîtra avec le Bureau .
    Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque (C:UsbFix.txt).

    (CTRL+A pour tout sélectionner, CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller)

    *Double cliquez sur AD-R.exe sur votre bureau.

    *Au menu principal choisissez l'option "Nettoyer""

    /!\ Laissez travailler l'outil /!\

    *Une fois le scan terminé , un rapport d'analyse s'ouvre . Il vous reste plus qu'à poster sur le forum.

    (Le rapport est aussi sauvegardé sous C:\Ad-Report-CLEAN.txt!)
