Problèmes Multiples WIndows
Bonjour,
Je rencontre actuellement de gros soucis avec windows :
- Démarrage interminable.
- Ralentissements.
- Certains programmes plantent tout seul au démarrage.
- Windows refuse de lancer les mises à jour.
- Il me dit subitement que aucun périphérique son n'est installé (Quand je lance winamp, j'ai un message d'erreur qui me dit : "Le pilote DirectSound est incorrect, veuillez installer les pilotes adéquats ou sélectionnez un autre périphérique. Code erreur 88780078"
- Windows plante parfois (Windows explorer ne répond pas, ou parfois, l'ordinateur plante et redémarre tout seul)
- Mes téléchargements s'arrêtent en plein milieu.
- Windows lance parfois le "windows defender" qui m'empêche de faire quoi que ce soit sur l'ordinateur dés lors qu'il s'active, j'assiste alors à des ralentissements encore plus insupportables.
Et j'oublie sans doute d'autres choses.
Je possède un ordinateur portable Toshiba Satellite L-300D-23U, avec windows Vista.
J'ai pensé à formater complètement, mais je n'ai pas de cd d'installation windows, donc je ne sais pas comment m'y prendre. De plus, j'aimerais en arriver là seulement en cas de dernier recours.
J'ai lancé des scans Spybot, Ad-Aware, et mon antivirus Avira Antivir, mais à part quelques cookies à supprimer, rien d'anormal n'a été trouvé.

tu n'a aucun cd de récuperation ? avec un portable il y a toujours des cd de fournis
fait toujours du nettoyage
commence par Désactiver le Contrôle d'Accès Utilisateur VISTA
Pour cela,
--> déroule le menu Vista,
-->choisir Panneau de configuration,
-->clique sur Comptes d'utilisateurs et protection des utilisateurs
-->puis sur Comptes d'utilisateur.
Clique sur la mention Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs.
-->Clique une dernière fois sur Continuer pour confirmer.
-->Décoche Utiliser le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur,
-->clique sur OK puis sur le bouton Redémarrer maintenant.

*Décoche dans le menu Options - sous-menu Avancé :
Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures .
tu fait le nettoyage
Fichiers temporaires de Windows
Cookies, cache, historique d'Internet Explorer, Opera et Firefox
Documents récents de Windows

ensuite
NETTOYAGE démarrage
dans le menu DEMARRER
tu clic sur EXECUTER
et tu tape "msconfig"
tu va dans l'onglé démarrage
et tu décoche tout "sauf l'antivirus" mais ils ne s'y trouve pas normalement
tu ne risque rien "ca n'efface rien"
tu redémarre le pc
ensuite
Télécharge Superantispyware (SAS)

une fois l'installation et la mise a jour effectuée
clic sur « scanner votre ordinateur »
coche scan complète
et suivant
Le rapport :
"Preferences" "Statistics/journaux de bord".
double-clique sur le dernier SUPERAntiSpyware Scan Log.

fait un copie/collé

touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
une fois fini un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

Déconnecte toi d'internet ferme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.et provisoirement
arrete les anti virus et autres protection pendand l'analyse
Pendant la durée de l'analyse ne te sert pas de ton pc
une fois l'analyse terminé ,remet toute tes protections antivirus et antispywares -
