Bonjour à tous
Je vous apelle à l'aide parce que je ne peux plus me servir de mon ordinateur qui doit etre infecté par un virus.
Là je me sers temporairement de l'ordinateur d'une amie ... J'espere que vous pourrez me donner une réponse assez rapide ... Merci d'avance à tous !!
En effet, dès que je demarre l'ordinateur, il charge windows (xp) et plante et redémarre. Je ne peux rien faire ! Rien ouvrir, meme pas me connecter : je plante dans les 10 secondes qui suive le démarrage. Donc je ne peux pas lancer de mise a jour du systeme, ni de norton : absoluement rien !...
Pouvez vous m'aider ?
J'ai pensé demarrer en mode sans echec, mais impossible de me souvenir sur quelle touche il faut appuyer au demarrage lol ... j'ai essayé F8 et F12 mais ca me donne le bios et non la possibilité de démarrer en mode sans echec ...

essaie voir de faire un scan avec a-squared... moi je le trouve génial...

tu devra t'enregistrer pour avoir une clé mais c'est juste une adresse de messagerie que tu devra donner... ils t'enverront la clé par mail. c'est gratuit alors pas de soucis et tu ne recois pas de pub de leur part non plus.
