Hello, I have a problem with my TI 89 Titanium, maybe even a big problem, and I don't know where it could come from since I never connected my calculator to a computer; I haven't done anything! So when I press the on button, it lights up but turns off just as quickly. I press again and it does the same thing indefinitely. Also, for my calculator to stay on, I have to keep the on button pressed without releasing it. What should I do? Do you see what the possible problem could be? (I should add that I changed the batteries not long ago) it's quite urgent because I have my finals and I can't do math without a calculator... Thank you in advance.

Hello,
Changed the batteries not long ago. Have you still tried with new batteries?
Otherwise, it might be a loose connection at the button.
So either you're handy and you take it apart to check the connection.
Or you're not, and to get through the test you tape down the button during the exam...

I'm bad at French, but I own it!
