Desastre!! csrss.exe wuaudt.exe winlogon.exe

Bonjour

Suite à une prise de conscience bien tardive, mon pc ne disposait en fait plus d'antivirus et donc ralentissement insupportable, internet qui rame à mort et:
dans mon gestionnaire des taches je vois ces processus que je ne parviens pas à retirer (je ne suis pas une pointure de l'info) mais je me doute que ce sont les symptomes d'un pc tres mal protegé: wuaudt.exe winlogon.exe et csrss.exe

Puis-je savoir par où il faut que je commence sachant que je m'en suis rendu-compte en plus fait en ammenant ma clé usb dans un cybercafé simplement pour imprimer des document que j'ai pris du web et là le pc du cyber a signalé plein de trucs.

Merci d'avance pour vos conseils.

PS: je disposais d'Avast qui a expiré et que je ne parviens meme plus à désinstaller d'ailleurs.

Est ce que tu a le cd de reinstallation de ton systeme d'exploitation de la tu peut le formater voila

salut :

DESACTIVE TON ANTIVIRUS ET TON PAREFEU SI PRESENTS !!!!!(car il est detecté a tort comme infection)

▶ Télécharge List_Kill'em

List_Kill'em

List_Kill'em

et enregistre le sur ton bureau

double clique ( clic droit "executer en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista/7 ) sur le raccourci sur ton bureau pour lancer l'installation

Laisse coché :

♦ Executer Shortcut
♦ Executer List_Kill'em

une fois terminée , clic sur "terminer" et le programme se lancera seul

choisis l'option Search

▶ laisse travailler l'outil

à l'apparition de la fenetre blanche , c'est un peu long , c'est normal , le programme n'est pas bloqué.

▶ Poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre aux 100 % du scan à l'ecran "COMPLETED"

Je suis sur vista je n'ai pas désactiver mon pare-feu (je ne sais pas comment) mais j'ai permis le lancement de List_Killem :

je n'ai pas pu laissé cocher
? Executer Shortcut

j'ai fait un search mais visiblement je pense qu'il y a des choses de fausses peu-etre

(en ce moment même il est en train de faire le "Search" , mais est ce que ca me pose un prob de pas avoir desacviteé le pare-feu ?)
je voudrais savoir si c normal?

PS: pardon pour mes questions un peu idiotes!!!!

Dans ton premier post tu m'as dit de laissé cocher

choisis l'option Search " (là je citais ton poste entre guillemets)

Mais une fois que j'ai telechargé List Killem, j'ai fait un search directement car je n'ai vu nulle part Shortcut et sans avoir desactivé le pare-feu.

A la fin du Search, dans la petite fenetre il m'ecrit:
"COMPLETED
accès refusé" est-ce grave??

et je te mets ce qu'il me donne:

tu n'as pas lancé le logiciel avec le clic droit "executer en tant que...." c'est pour cela que le rapport n'est pas bon :)

▶ Relance List_Kill'em(soit en clic droit pour vista/7),avec le raccourci sur ton bureau.
mais cette fois-ci :

▶ choisis l'Option Clean

ton PC va redemarrer,

laisse travailler l'outil.

en fin de scan la fenetre se ferme , et tu as un rapport du nom de Kill'em.txt sur ton bureau ,

▶ colle le contenu dans ta reponse

lorsque je veux lancer CLean avec List_Kill'em, il m'inscrit un message

"Windows ne trouve pas reboot.bat.Verifiez que vous avez entrer le nom correct puis reessayer".

Mais trouver quoi et entrer le nom de quoi???

tu n'as pas lancé le logiciel avec le clic droit "executer en tant que...." c'est pour cela

Franchement j'ai tout essayé: je fais bien clic droit "executer en tant qu'administrateur" et quand je, lance CLEAN il me met le message d'erreurs du reboot.bat.
serieux je pete un plomb

clic droit "executer en tant que....." sur :

C:\Program Files\List_Kill'em\del_reg.bat (le ".bat" peut ne pas apparaitre)
