Soupscon de fichier espion

je ne sais pas si c'est vrai mais j'ai l'impression que mon mari a mis un fichier espion dans mon pc pour contrôler ce que j'écris apres avoir parcourus le forum j'ai compris que je devais faire un rapport HijackThis au minimum si je veux de l'aide le voici
