Excel: variation rate for Vd=0: #DIV/0!

Hello,
does anyone know how to calculate a rate of variation, with
Starting value = 0 and ending value = 2

given that T (%) = (Va-Vd)/Vd * 100

We cannot divide by 0, so Excel shows #DIV/0! in all my cells where Vd = 0

If anyone has encountered this situation before, could you please tell me how to calculate my rate of variation?

Thank you in advance for your attention to this question.

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

If you can, you should use the formula =IF((A1=0,0,(VA-VD)/VD)*100)

      Hello to you too,

Going from 0 to 2 is a rate of change of 0???
Mathematically, any value divided by 0 gives infinity...
