I also received a text message from 38138 from a bailiff, Master MOHR, demanding a sum of money under the threat of seizing my vehicle with a number starting with 03 corresponding to my region. When I call this number, it's always busy or I end up on voicemail. I searched online, and I couldn't find this bailiff, neither name nor number corresponding to the text.
