Hello!!!

Here I need your help to write a letter:

I need to retrieve my motorcycle driver's license but I cannot go in person.
Therefore, I would like a third party to collect it on my behalf.
How do I write this authorization letter?

    So instead of debating your feelings, help her out or don’t post useless messages! Like "Soon we will answer social security questions on CCM ... ^_^ ", she is not asking for your personal opinion but for help, so if you don't know, don't judge!
