Freebox transformer failure

Solved

Hello everyone, the transformer for my Freebox has broken down. I called Free to get another one and after 15 minutes of waiting, they hung up on me...
I decided to buy another transformer, identical to the one from the Freebox, but it doesn't change anything. The Freebox turns on but shows neither the time nor the internet...

How could I go about this, please??
Thank you very much for your replies.

Hello from the Freebox power supply!!! I’ve experienced the same issues; no delays on their side. I saw on a forum that someone has been waiting for over three months, so I’m not patient. I searched and found a replacement at Leroy Merlin, a Uniross brand power supply, ref: uni 1200, 12 volts 1200 mA for 26 euros. Just make sure to respect the polarity; it’s bigger but heats less, and I guarantee it works perfectly. If you want more information, feel free to contact me.

As far as I'm concerned, I haven't had a phone for a month, I've been with the operator Free for over 2 years and I've never encountered any problems! There is a constant buzzing that prevents me from making and receiving calls! A Free technician came by, and he is sending me a faulty power supply by post!
Can you tell me if a problem similar to mine could come from this so-called faulty power supply?? I'm skeptical! And worried! That said, I still have internet, the modem shows the time!
Thank you please for responding! I need as much advice and feedback as possible from anyone who is facing difficulties!

go buy another transformer at a big store
it needs to be greater than or equal to the one from Free (it’s a 4)
it works really well but you have to insist, plug and unplug several times
I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks for my Free block

I wonder if this is indeed coming from your power supply because my clock was no longer displaying the time.

I had the same issue six months ago. I swapped it with a power supply from another Free box and the problems disappeared. I informed Free of my findings and I didn't hear back from them. The problem reoccurred a few days ago. I replaced the 12V power supply that had a slight alternating component with a MASCOT 12V 2A power supply and it works correctly again. Free's responses for troubleshooting are not at all relevant to the question asked.
