None of the links I tried work. The Dialang site no longer exists... Thank you to whoever helps me.

Yes, but basically I was asking what Dialang is. Just because you know what it is doesn't mean others do. :-) I had to look it up on Google to see that it was a program for "Testing your English."

There are probably other programs that do what Dialang does... Why insist on that one?

You have a link that redirects you to:

You have the section "How to use DIALANG"
and "You can download the DIALANG client zip file (2.8 Mbytes) by clicking here."

Which basically means "You can download the DIALANG client as a zipped file (2.8Mbytes) by clicking here."

In fact, it's not to test my English but to test the level of French (European reference framework). I thank you for your help, but unfortunately, my problem is not resolved. I downloaded this software from the University of Lancaster's website, but the software is not working. Such a shame.

Hello

In the section: "how to use dialang" click on:

"Or: we know that DIALANG works correctly with this older version of Java: Click here."

download and install

then restart dialang and it works
