Comment supprimer Dldr.Agent.dfhk Résolu

Question

Bonjour,
Depuis une semaine j'ai des virus sur mon PC (sous Windows XP) et je n'arrive pas à le supprimer : Malware doctor/Dropper.gen/Crypt.Xpack.gen/Dldr.agent.dfhk 
En lisant tous les forums, j'ai réussi à presque tous les supprimer

Mais au démarrage, Antivir me trouve toujours un virus : Dldr.agent.dfhk dans un fichier system32/uyikpwxf.dll.

J'ai utilisé Malwarebyte, remplacer avaast par antivir, utilisé Wort, ZHPDiag, Rkill et finalement AD-R. 
Je commence à rencontrer des soucis. Mon PC trouve des fichiers protégés par Clef... mais qui sont tout à fait valides.

Pourriez-vous m'aider à supprimer Dldr.agent.dfhk ???

salut,

ta passer les outil au hasard en va regarder en profondeur les dégât causer

Télécharge ici :

http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

Bonjour,

Cela devient dur dur...
En plus des 2 virus DLDR agent et Crypt Xpack, j'ai des fenetres qui s'ouvrent : "Exportation de votre clef privée" et surtout, mon PC se fige lorsque je passe la souris sur la barre des taches ou que je ferme une fenetre de Firefox...

Je n'arrive pas à copié le contenu du fichier ici, alors, je te donne son adresse sur cijoint.

Relance List_Kill'em(soit en clic droit pour vista/7),avec le raccourci sur ton bureau. 
mais cette fois-ci : 

 choisis l'Option Clean 

ton PC va redémarrer, 

laisse travailler l'outil. 

en fin de scan la fenêtre se ferme , et tu as un rapport du nom de Kill'em.txt sur ton bureau , 

colle le contenu dans ta réponse

OK : le clean est  fini.
Il a éliminé sdra64.exe, ce qui est bon signe.
On va pouvoir poursuivre plus sereinement le nettoyage.

Bonsoir,

Je ne parviens pas à avoir le rapport.
J'ai téléchargé le programme du lien : C'est GMER 101515281.
L'exe s'appelle : 7dgicgk1.exe

Je le lance,et avant le scan, il  tourne un moment puis trouve :
une dizaines de lignes dont :
Device -> \Driver\atapi  \Device\Harddisk0\dr0 86950AC8
File C:\windows\system32\drivers\atapi.sys Suspicious modification

Je lance le scan :
Il tourne un moment (30 minutes) remplit la fenêtre puis reboot le PC. 
Le PC redémarre en erreur (mal fermé) puis ... plus rien.
Pas de log file, pas de Gmer actif... 

J'ai l'impression que Gmer sort en erreur pendant le scan.
J'ai mis du temps à répondre car j'ai fait plein de tentatives et j'ai fini par désinstaller l'antivirus, couper le réseau mais sans obtenir de meilleurs résultats.

c'est un fichier rar dezzipe le dans un dossier sur ton bureau avant d'utiliser le programme désactive ton antivirus

clique remover.exe pour le lancer 

Au premier lancement du programme, tu aura un message, accepte en cliquant sur Yes, cela va redémarrer l'ordinateur.


 le scan se fait automatiquement, s'il détecte, quelque chose
Coche les et clique sur "Delete Selected".


Un message apparaîtra, accepte en cliquant sur Yes, cela va redémarrer l'ordinateur.

Maintenant, remover.exe me donne une liste vide .

J'ai relancé Gmer.
J'ai toujours atapi.sys en suspicious modification.

Je n'ai pas sur mon PC de tdlcmd.dll

bonsoir suite à discussion en MP , je viens à la rescousse :

clic droit et Copier

mets toi dans C:\ et clic droit et Coller.

Clix droit sur le nouveau fichier , et choisis "Renommer".

Tu l'appelles truc.bak

Tu ignores l'alerte.

le fichier changera d'icone c'est normal

Cclique sur l'icone de droite (en rose et bleu). Le texte va se copier dans la fenêtre.

Clique sur Execute

4. The Avenger va automatiquement faire ce qui suit:


Il va Re-démarrer le système.
Pendant le re-démarrage, il apparaitra brièvement une fenêtre de commande de windows noire sur le bureau, ceci est NORMAL.
Après le re-démarrage, il crée un fichier log qui s'ouvrira, faisant apparaitre les actions exécutées par The Avenger. Ce fichier log se trouve ici : C:\avenger.txt
The Avenger aura également sauvegardé tous les fichiers, etc., que tu lui as demandé de supprimer, les aura compactés (zipped) et tranféré l'archive zip ici C:\avenger\backup.zip.

5. Pour finir copier/coller le contenu du ficher c:\avenger.txt dans ta réponse

Re-bonjour,

J'ai relancé MalwareBytes : il a trouvé un lamware et l'a néttoyé... (Je l'ai lancé 2 fois, et j'ai perdu la log.. et donc le nom du malware aussi, désolé)

J'ai relancé Gmer : Il trouve toujours atapi.sys en suspicious.
Atapi.sys est toujours présent dans system32\drivers

PIXIPHOT n'est pas un virus, c'est un accélérateur de téléchargement pour imprimer des photos pas cher.

J'ai l'impression que mes copies ou démarrage sur la console de récupération n'ont pas fonctionné.
Quelle est la procédure pour récupérer les fichiers depuis la console de récupération.

J'ai trouvé sur un site que pour l'instant, c'est la seule solution pour éliminer mon virus car il resiste à Combofix et GMER

J'ai remplacé atapi.sys par le fichier du download grace à l'utilitaire winfilereplace.
Il m'a affiché que tout allait bien et que le nouveau était identique à celui déchargé, une fois le démarage de windows réalisé.

tout simplement que si tu n'envoies pas les rapports d'erreurs , et si tu ne fais pas toutes les mises a jours , certains fichiers sont detectés come corrompus par les logiciels de desinfection car ils comprennent que le windows n'est pas ....comment dire.....comme les autres ....donc certzains fichiers sont detectés comme nefastes ou corrompus , alors que tout simplement il leur manque juste un réajustage de leurs vraies valeurs venant justement de ces mises à jour

Les nouveautés depuis hier :
Après avoir installé la dernière version de Windows XP
et avoir tenté, avec Avenger, de remplacer atapi.sys (sur vos conseils)
et bien, comme par enchantement, (l'étonnant est là !),
Gmer a détecté un nouveau fichier suspect : netbt.sys
Alors, comme il venait d'arriver, je me suis dit qu'il fallait lui tordre le coup au plus vite avant qu'il ne se propage et fasse des petits...
Je l'ai supprimé avec Avenger...
Et c'est lui qui, semble-t-il  (je touche du bois) contenait le virus car atapi a mystérieusement disparu de la liste des "suspicious".

ok lol dans ce cas : Pour nettoyer les outils utilsés et mieux sécuriser ton pc -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ▶---> Télécharge ToolsCleaner2sur ton Bureau. * Double-clique (clic droit "en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista) sur ToolsCleaner2.exe pour le lancer. * Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir. * Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser. * Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options Facultatives. * Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport. * Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\). ___________________________________________________ ▶ Tu peux supprimer ToolCleaner ___________________________________________________ ▶ Télécharge :ATF Cleaner par Atribune Double-clique (clic droit "en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista) ATF-Cleaner.exe afin de lancer le programme. Sous l'onglet Main, choisis : Select All Clique sur le bouton Empty Selected Si tu utilises le navigateur Firefox : Clique Firefox au haut et choisis : Select All Clique le bouton Empty Selected a NOTE : Si tu veux conserver tes mots de passe sauvegardés, clique No à l'invité. OK tu le fais pour chacun de tes disques _______________________________________________ Note : si tu as un utilitaire pour défragmenter , utilises le à la place pour ce faire Defraggler est proposé _________________________________________________ ▶ Peux-tu vérifier ta Console Java ? : et installer la nouvelle version si besoin est (dans ce cas désinstalle avant l'ancienne version). voici pour desinstaller : JavaRa Décompresse le fichier sur le Bureau (Clic droit > Extraire tout). * Double-clique (clic droit "en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista) sur le répertoire JavaRa. * Puis double-clique sur le fichier JavaRa.exe (le exe peut ne pas s'afficher). * Choisis Français puis clique sur Select. * Clique sur Recherche de mises à jour. * Sélectionne Mettre à jour via jucheck.exe puis clique sur Rechercher. * Autorise le processus à se connecter s'il le demande, clique sur Installer et suis les instructions d'installation qui prennent quelques minutes. * L'installation est terminée, reviens à l'écran de JavaRa et clique sur Effacer les anciennes versions. * Clique sur Oui pour confirmer. N'oublie pas de faire les mises à jour avant de les utiliser. * Pense aussi à faire une défragmentation de tes disques durs de temps en temps (garde suffisamment d'espace sur C:\ (1/3 de libre pour être à l'aise)) _____________ ▶ Pour bien protéger ton PC : [1 seul Antivirus] + [1 seul Pare feu] + [Un bon Antispyware] + [Mises à Jour récentes Windows et Logiciels de Protection] + [Utilisation de Firefox -ou autres- (Internet Explorer présente des failles de sécurité qui mettent longtemps avant d'être corrigées mais il faut absolument le conserver pour les mises à jour Windows et Windows live Messenger)] Je te conseille d'installer cette extension pour Firefox pour securiser ton surf : WOT Je te conseille d'installer cette extension pour Internet Explorer pour securiser ton surf : WOT PS : En fait la meilleure des protections c'est toi même : ce que tu fais avec ton PC : où tu surfes, télécharges...ect.... Merci pour tous ces conseils.
Je ferai ça tranquillement à tête reposée demain.
Je crois qu'il me faudra la journée entière pour tout faire...


Pour l'instant, j'ai désinstallé les trucs inutils, j'ai passé le CCleaner, j'ai remis à jour tous mes logiciels utilisés (firefox, antivir, windows). 
J'ai créé un compte limité pour surfé
