Hello, I'm looking for a funny American movie with two black actors; one has just arrived in town and the other has been living there already.
It's a gang war movie.
The black guy who just arrived in town will date a woman who has at least 11 children, but hardly any of them are black; they are Chinese, white, Arab, even though she is black.
The other one is a crazy guy who loves guns, he always puts pacifiers or toys in his hair, he walks around in pink slippers, and there is also a disabled person in a wheelchair.
