Qq dossier bloqué et aussi pls copi de dossié

bonjours,

j'ai decouvert sur windows, se qui ne me le faisait pas avant (il me semble), qq dossier son inaccessible. je suis pourtant admin et au niveau partage de dossier j'ai toute les autorisation pourtant je ne peut point l'ouvrir il me met "?:\---\--- n'est pas accesible, acces refusé"
J'ai aussi plusieurs Application Data ( 5 ou 6) se qui me fais un total de 30 Go pour "rien" il me semble car les dossier se resemble.
Rien a dire avec norton.
