IE refuse de se connecter au net !!

Bonjour à tous,

Une question à 0.10€ :) :
Subitement, depuis quelques jours, IE refuse de se connecter au Net.
(IE ne peut afficher la page bla bla bla)
Ce que j'ai fait : nettoyage complet (Ccleaner), scan complet du système (Avira Antivir, A2Free, Malwarebytes)
Marche toujours pas.....
Donc installation de Firefox et ..... connexion sans problème via Firefox mais IE refuse toujours :(
La config (c'est le portable d'un collègue) : Vista Ed familiale Premium, IE 8 , Firefox (la dernière) connexion via Livebox mini

Queulqu'un pourrait me donner une piste ou 2 ?

Bonjour,
Tu as testé de remettre les paramètres par defaut de IE 8 ?

Pour rétablir les paramètres d'Internet Explorer

Fermez toutes les fenêtres d'Internet Explorer ou de l'Explorateur Windows qui sont actuellement ouvertes.

Pour ouvrir Internet Explorer, cliquez sur le bouton Démarrer, puis sur Internet Explorer.

Cliquez sur le bouton Outils, puis sur Options Internet.

Cliquez sur l'onglet Avancé, puis sur Réinitialiser.

Activez la case à cocher Supprimer les paramètres personnels si vous souhaitez supprimer l'historique de navigation, les moteurs de recherche, les accélérateurs, les pages de démarrage et les données de filtrage InPrivate.

Dans la boîte de dialogue Réinitialiser les paramètres d'Internet Explorer, cliquez sur Réinitialiser.

Une fois la réinitialisation effectuée, cliquez sur Fermer, puis sur OK.

Fermez Internet Explorer.

Merci de ta réponse .... mais oui j'ai essayé de réinitialiser les paramètres. ça ne change RIEN :(

Peux être un logiciel malveillant bloquant IE
télécharge hijackthis et post le rapport sur le forum, on va regardé si on trouve qq chose

laisse tomber ce navigateur a la con utilise firefox

ça ne résout pas le pb
1- c'est le pc de son collègue
2- il est libre de choisir le navigateur qu'il souhaite
3- Rester poli serait bien

suis bien d'accord, mais comme je le disais c'est le portable d'un collègue ... et pour le faire changer d'habitudes ça va être chaud :))
Perso j'utilise Firefox depuis plusieurs années ....

Notification de cadeaux, je viens de le désinstaller à l'instant :)
la R1 me paraissait curieuse, mais je connais assez mal Vista.... donc avant de lui planter son pc pour de bon je voulais un autre avis.
Par contre, je ne pourrait pas essayer tout de suite, je suis au boulot et pas moyen de connecter son poste sur notre réseau, ni d'essayer IE ..... ça attendra ce soir
Je supprime les 2 et j'attendrai qu'il me donne des nouvelles.
En attendant, un grand merci pour le coup de main
