Bonjour,
depuis plusieurs jours, j'avais des soucis de téléchargements qui restaient bloqués a 0% et internet qui ramait et plantait souvent...
en le redemarrant, Avast vient de me trouver des infections par win32:trojan-gen...
j'ai lu ici que la seule solution serait Kapersky mais comme je ne peux rien télécharger... c'est pas facile!
si quelqu'un pouvait m'aider... merci d'avance

salut je viens apporter mon soutien...
des precisions quant-à ceci ? :
plante au démarage de windows, je l'ai éteint et ralumé et encore planatge, idem.
Combofix a-t-il instalé la console de recuperation ?
essaie d'attendre un peu après l'apparition aux 4 coins.....des fois le mode sans echec met 3/5 mn avant d'afficher quelque chose

bon alors, le dépaneur est passé ce matin... et hop hop hop... en moins d'une heure tout est rentré dans l'ordre et virus dégaumé hey hey mais bon 60 euros quand meme... mais bon!
En tous cas merci a Destrio5 et a Gen-hackman de leur gracieuse assistance.
PS:c'était pas facile avec Boubble le noeud-noeud de l'informatique... lol
