    Good evening, to unlock Moctezuma you need to get all the golden characters, and then you will unlock the character Moctezuma. I don’t want to discourage you, but he is really tough; you will have a hard time before getting there. I've finished it once, that's enough for me.     Hello,
    after struggling a bit, you actually have to make match3s with the crystals on all the gray squares in addition to the other match3s. It's a tough passage, but with the extra minutes, it's doable.
