How to continue the game jewel quest 3

Hello,
I'm stuck on Jewel Quest 3. I've completed all levels (hidden, silver, and gold) and all accessible regions. I'm at 43% and the only area left on the map is East Asia in red that I can't access. What should I do? 
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 3.0.12

    I was also stuck at 43% for a while, let me know what level you're at exactly, I've completed the game twice so I could help you

      Thank you for your response. In the meantime, I've understood how to proceed. I worked hard on Central America, which I just finished (phew......) and I'm slowly making progress in Australia for now. I hadn't really focused on the challenges until now... the jewels sometimes just drop by themselves without me realizing that I'd completed a new challenge... QED.

      Hi, I'm stuck at 38% of the game. I've completed all the quests for now, the next one is in red! And I don't know what to do, plus my game is in English so it's not easy for me. What should I do to unlock this level? It's East Asia as well! Thanks in advance for your help.

    I'm stuck at 57 percent and I can't unlock Europe and China. What should I do? I've tried several solutions, but nothing works. How should I proceed to unlock?

    I am at 60 percent; you need to finish all the quests. You have 2 parts in the game: Island, which is very hard, and China too.
