Torrent not downloading?

Hello,
I downloaded the BitTorrent client 6.4. Until now, it was downloading the torrents I requested very well, but for some time now, it has literally stopped downloading. My torrent has an estimated time to complete of about infinity. I would like to know what is causing this problem and to have a step-by-step process to fix it.

Indeed, if you don't have any seeds, you won't be able to download this torrent.
However, there may be seeders who are not connected. Usually, in the seeds section, the number in parentheses corresponds to the number of seeders (people who have the file) and the number next to it indicates the number of connected seeders.
Peers or leechers are people like you who want to download the file. They may have started downloading part of the file, and if they're connected, you'll be able to download the same parts as they are.
Once the file is fully downloaded, you become a seeder.

So if there are 0 seeders connected, can we wait a few hours/days and there will definitely be some coming?
