    ▶ Dezippe gmer ,cliques sur l'onglet rootkit,lances le scan,des lignes rouges vont apparaitre.

    ▶ Les lignes rouges indiquent la presence d'un rootkit.Postes moi le rapport gmer (cliques sur copy,puis vas dans demarrer ,puis ouvres le bloc note,vas dans edition et cliques sur coller,le rapport gmer va apparaitre,postes moi le)

        Télécharge ComboFix de sUBs sur ton Bureau :

        /!\ Déconnecte-toi du net et DESACTIVES TOUTES LES DEFENSES, antivirus et antispyware y compris /!\

        ---> Double-clique sur ComboFix.exe
        Un "pop-up" va apparaître qui dit que ComboFix est utilisé à vos risques et avec aucune garantie... Clique sur oui pour accepter

        SURTOUT INSTALLES LA CONSOLE DE RECUPERATION

        (si il te propose de l’installer remets internet)

        ---> Mets-le en langue française F
        Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.

        Ne touche à rien(souris, clavier) tant que le scan n'est pas terminé, car tu risques de planter ton PC

        En fin de scan, il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le PC pour finaliser la désinfection, laisse-le faire.

        Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher : Poste son contenu

        /!\ Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton antivirus et de ton antispyware avant de te reconnecter à Internet. /!\

            où en est on dans tes soucis, comment se comporte le pc ?

            1. J'ai du désactiver l'antivirus, car il y avait sans cesse des fenêtres Avira qui apparaissaient, et qui signalaient la présence d'un virus "W32/Sality.AA"...j'ai essayé d'activer l'antivirus, mais ça ne fonctionne pas.

              Lorsque je clique sur l'icône (sur le bureau), la fenêtre s'ouvre puis se referme immédiatement...et dans Antivir Guard, il n'y a plus Activer..........Désactiver; mais Démarrer. J'essaie de le lancer, mais ça ne fait rien.

              Sinon, en ce qui concerne le virus BLASTER...c'est fini? Je le demande, car la fenêtre Arrêt du Système n'apparaît plus depuis que j'ai changé la date sur mon pc...j'ai mis 2011.
              Je vais remettre 2010, pour voir si tout va bien.

                    ▶ Téléchargez Dr.Web CureIt! sur ton Bureau :
                    ftp://ftp.drweb.com/pub/drweb/cureit/drweb-cureit.exe

                    ▶ Double-cliquez sur drweb-cureit.exe et cliquez sur Commencer le scan.
                    ▶ Ce scan rapide permet l'analyse des processus chargés en mémoire; s'il trouve des processus infectés, cliquez sur le bouton Oui pour Tout à l'invite.
                    ▶ Lorsque le scan rapide est terminé, cliquez sur Options > Changer la configuration.
                    ▶ Choisissez l'onglet Scanner, et décochez Analyse heuristique.
                    ▶ De retour à la fenêtre principale : choisissez Analyse complète.
                    ▶ Cliquez la flèche verte sur la droite et le scan débutera. Une publicité apparaît quelquefois, fermez-la.
                    ▶ Cliquez Oui pour Tout si un fichier est détecté.
                    ▶ A la fin du scan, si des infections sont trouvées, cliquez sur Tout sélectionner, puis sur Désinfecter. Si la désinfection est impossible, cliquez sur Quarantaine.
                    ▶ Au menu principal de l'outil, en haut à gauche, cliquez sur le menu Fichier et choisissez Enregistrer le rapport.
                    ▶ Sauvegardez le rapport sur votre Bureau. Ce dernier se nommera DrWeb.csv.
                    ▶ Fermez Dr.Web CureIt!
                    ▶ Redémarrez votre ordinateur (très important) car certains fichiers peuvent être déplacés/réparés au redémarrage.
                    ▶ Postez (Copiez/Collez) le contenu du rapport de l'outil Dr.Web dans un bloc note

                    Ensuite :

                    ▶ Rendez-vous à cette adresse d'hébergement gratuit : http://www.cijoint.fr/
                    ▶ Cliquez sur parcourir, chercher rapport DrWeb.txt puis sur cliquez ici pour déposer le fichier
                    ▶ Une fois le lien crée, faite un clique droit dessus et copier l'adresse du lien pour venir le coller dans votre réponse

Tout fontionne bien...au départ, l'antivirus ne voulait pas marcher: il y avait sans cesse des fenêtres (détection de virus) qui apparaissaient avec le code virus W32/Sality.AA; puis j'ai fait un contrôle du systême intégral + suppression des fichiers "positifs" (plus de 300!).

                      Cependant, j'avais une icône Hercules "Wifi Station pour Livebox" sur le bureau, qui n'y est plus...je suis allée dans Démarrer, puis Tous Les Programmes...elle y est, mais lorsque je double-clique dessus, une fenêtre s'ouvre signalant "RACCOURCI MANQUANT : Recherche de WifiStationLB.exe.Pour rechercher le fichier manuellement, cliquez sur Parcourir."

                      Dois-je le désinstaller, puis le réinstaller? ...car j'en ai besoin pour choisir le réseau auquel je souhaite me connecter: je me connecte à HERCULES, et pas à SFR Public (à l'ouverture d'une page internet, celui-ci m'envoie vers le site "HOTSPOT SFR" dans lequel il faut inscrire le nom d'utilisateur et le mot de passe pour accéder à internet)

                          En ce qui concerne, le 1er problème: la page internet pour le télécharger, ne veut pas s'ouvrir: "Internet Explorer ne peut pas afficher cette page Web".

                          Et concernant le second, pour faire la mise à jour il me faut le CD de WORD 2002. Or, je ne l'ai pas...

                            Télécharge WC32 / Virut-Scan ( d'Eric_71 ) sur ton bureau :

                            > http://eric71.geekstogo.com/beta/WC32.exe

                            !! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes tes applications en cours !!

                            * Clique droit / "executer en tant qu'admin..." sur WC32 pour lancer l'outil.
                            * Clique sur le bouton [SCAN] ( ne touche à rien d'autre ) puis laisse travailler ...
                            * Une fois le scan terminé un rapport s'affiche dans l'encadré principal .

                            -> copie/colle le contenu de ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse pour analyse ... ( le rapport sera en outre enregistrer sur ton bureau sous le nom de virscan.txt )

                            Puis ferme l'outil ...
