To unsubscribe, go to your Orange customer area, then in the section "my internet account", then "my services", then "view/edit", "my services", and finally "internet + billing on Orange invoice" and "edit" "disabled". You will no longer have any issues of this kind regarding invoice scams. In case of a direct debit, you can email Mobifuun and send them copies of each direct debit. They refunded me 90 euros by check without going through a lawyer.
Here we too have fallen victim to this scam

I am in the same situation: since June 2011, there have been huge deductions via Orange and I couldn't understand their origin since I do not have Internet+ activated. By choice... After several letters to Orange, I go to my Internet+ account _ once again it is disabled_ and I discover all these deductions week after week, €5 each time, it's a real madness... without request, without reason (but honestly, who would be stupid enough to pay €5 a week to hear a ringtone? Seriously...)
I will send a letter tomorrow to the company concerned, but given the situation I think all those who have been abused should join together to take legal action. It's not enough to just try to cancel a fictitious commitment; we need to be reimbursed. Can you realize the amount they could have amassed by stealing from others? Can you realize the daily difficulties we have to manage while they, unnoticed, are draining and inflating everyone's bills?
What a shame!!!

Hello, since December I've been paying an extra 20 to 25 euros on my internet bill because of Mobifun. I just canceled the subscription I never signed up for, so I would like to get refunded the 115 euros they took from my Freebox subscription. Do they need proof like a separate bill? I don't have anything besides the bill.
