Hello,
I am Malika and I have a high school diploma. I have already worked in a call center (3c) but I had a lot of transportation issues. I would like to work at Webhelp if you could help me, thank you.

Hello,
I agree with all those people who have complained about Webhelp. This company is a disgrace.
They recruit the majority of their staff as trainees/interns through Pôle Emploi, and it's Pôle Emploi that pays the interns (2-month internship). So, it costs absolutely nothing to Webhelp. I add that these training sessions are recurrent, and it's always the same people you see in training at this company.
During these 2 months, you have 15 days of training related to your project; I had the Altergaz project, which is also a competitor to EDF, and this company is also a scam (pressure selling by tricking clients, unscrupulous salespeople, the company outsources everything; I'll explain about Altergaz on the forum).
After these 15 days of intense training, you go to the floor, and there you have to manage on your own because your supervisors don’t help you.
In short, during the remaining time as an intern, you work like an employee; you do the same job, but the advantage for Webhelp is that it costs them nothing; you are paid by Pôle Emploi and Europe.
But where it all makes sense is that for a month and a half, they don’t tell you anything, but rather that everything is fine, and a week before the end of the internship, they summon you, and then you realize they are nitpicking; they find a mistake (in my case, I had improperly closed an intervention, but I add that this happens to people on permanent contracts) even though you are in an internship/training, and it’s this mistake that means you are not hired for a permanent contract, and they say goodbye. Then Webhelp starts again; they take on new interns, and so they operate with staff that costs them nothing but is paid for by all of us, Pôle Emploi, and Europe.
THIS COMPANY IS A SHAME, BUT WE LET IT HAPPEN!!!!!!! I could go on and say more because I have so much to say.

I completely agree, I am in a permanent contract at Webhelp and it's really a shame, the supervisors are useless and treat us like their dogs; they only need us for their bonuses. Moreover, Webhelp, like all call centers, doesn't pay taxes during the first few years and then it is reduced.
All this for a miserable salary, it's really a disgrace.
To get a contract, they separate from another project.

completely right and I notice that it's the same thing in all the webhelps.
I am on a permanent contract in France and it's the same. There are several employees who are on leave for depression because of this company.
