make heart symbols without numeric keypad

Hello,

I would really like to make nice little symbols like (a heart) some people do, but I don't have a numeric keyboard. Instead, I have small numbers underneath the letters J K L U I O and some other letters.
To use them, I have to click on fn
Is it possible to make, for example, a heart with these letters?

Do a copy-paste? And put it where you'll need it each time.

You need to press "fn" and "alt" at the same time, and simultaneously type the numeric code of the symbol you want using the numbers on the keyboard above the letters, then release everything.
For example: fn+alt+3 = a heart
fn+alt+14 = a musical note
etc...
