PSP bug stuck on waves screen

Hello,

Here is my problem, my PSP was discharged and I went to get my charger and there I dropped it (this has happened to me before) When I plug in my PSP and turn it on it starts normally and stays stuck on the waves screen (they move normally) but there is no menu !!
The most ridiculous thing is that when I try to turn it off it won't turn off I have to wait for it to fully discharge!
How to repair it ?

p.s: No pirated games and my PSP is not cracked

    Try removing the battery and putting it back.

        you can reset your PSP. keep SELECT STAR SQUARE AND TRIANGLE and turn on your PSP. thank you in advance

    There must be a bad connection or something... I advise you to send it to a professional because PSPs are quite sensitive when it comes to electronics.
