Hello,

I bought an Archos 2 Vision MP3 player, but my PC does not recognize it.
Is there a driver to install or some procedure to follow?

      Sorry for the wait, but try this if you still haven't found the answer to your problem: control panel; administrative tools; computer management; disk management; right-click on your mp3; explore
      and there you go.

      I have exactly the same problem: my computer does not detect my Archos 2 Vision.
      I followed the path you indicated to MickeyMouse, but I cannot click on my mp3 because, since it is not detected, it does not appear in 'disk management'.

      I am on Vista.

      With a thin object (earring), press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds and reconnect it to your PC.
