Download Dailymotion Video Solved

Question

Hello,
I'd like to download a video from Dailymotion but the problem is that I can't. I know there have been discussions on this issue before but I still haven't found a solution! Every time there's a bug or an invalid URL error even though the video is available on the site.
I've tried using keepvideo, vdownloader, tubemaster, downloadhelper and it still doesn't work. Any other ideas?

Hi  Since you seem to be using Firefox, you can install the Video DownloadHelper add-on and you'll be able to save the videos.  -- Vini Vidi Vomi I have a pain in my land!

You can also buy a kind of USB key used by the anti-piracy squad to hack or unhack, but it's more expensive and more complicated, but you can crack everything (PS3, Wii...) and all the sites. :)

Video DownloadHelper doesn't work with Dailymotion. I've already tried. At least it doesn't work with the video I want to download. And I would like a free solution if possible, so no USB drive :)

What works? Video DownloadHelper? I've never had a problem with YouTube and now I'm trying for the very first time with Dailymotion and it's not working.

Ah okay. The .mp4 file was just sound for me and not a video, so I wasn’t downloading it! I was waiting for a .flv file.
However, I can't play it, I have to convert the file to avi! But thanks for solving my problem ;)

WITH downloadhelper you receive FLV that you have to convert or reconvert even if you have installed the downloadhelper converter.
but you can still save everything as video on daily, youtube and others.

With Video DownloadHelper, you can download other files; just add the file extension...
