Hello,
I have got a Sintony 120 alarm system and I can't reset the factory settings to be able to reinitialize the system. I keep short-circuiting the config terminals and pressing 'ini' on the motherboard, but when I enter the installer code, the system indicates that the code is wrong, the same goes for the user code. Can someone help me resolve this issue so that I can reprogram the system?
