Attention, despite the refund indications in case of cancellation of your event, VIAGOGO will not refund you, claiming that one day your event will take place and that it is therefore a postponement even if nothing is yet scheduled or official. I have been fighting against deaf and crazy people for a year and a half to recover my €325! Basically, for them, your event will never be cancelled even if the singer himself doesn't know when he will come... A huge scam, don’t be fooled. Apparently, I have virtual tickets for a Lady Gaga concert at the Stade de France, which Lady Gaga herself doesn't know when she will come...

Hello, I imagine you never received your tickets or the refund. You have been abused and scammed like many of us. This site needs to be shut down for BREACH OF TRUST.

I bought a ticket for the STROMAE concert at the ARENA in Geneva for an amount of 415.96 FCH, and I cannot get a refund from the website. My attempts have failed every time. They are not serious, avoid this site.
