Problème lenteur extrème (virus ?)

Bonjour,

Depuis une semaine environ mon pc portable (dell inspiron 1520 sur vista) ram de façon hallucinante et assez étonnante. Pour commencer la lenteur est aussi bien quand je suis sur l'OS que quand je navigue sur internet (cette lenteur n'est pas permatente mais va et vient comme si des processus se lançait. J'ai un firewall zone alarm et un antivirus nod 32 ainsi que ccleaner et adaware, d'après eux tout va bien mais j'en doute. Je vous poste donc un rapport hihackthis car c'est mon dernier espoir avant de formater (ou alors problème matériel ?). Pour information j'ai eu une erreur fatal avec écran bleu il y a un mois, depuis quand je démarre window me propose sur fond noir de réparer mon OS (si je le fais je reviens sur le même écran) ou de démarrer normalement, quand je choisis cela je démarre mais après 5 minutes environ sur écran totalement noir ( d'où la suspicion de virus).
