Virus et spams abondant besoin gros nettoyage

Bonjour,

Ma mère et mon beau-père ont un pc chacun, ils utilisent la même connexion (orange)
Ils utilisent leur pc surtout pour la famille (photos) et naviguer de temps en temps sur des sites.

Tous deux sont victimes de spams abondants, cookies à fonds et apparemment virus + lenteur et logiciel ou programmes inconnue

Je voudrais les aider, j'ai néanmoins proposer qu'ils est 2 adresses differentes (une pour la famille et une pour les achats en ligne) l'un des 2 pc a Avast comme anti-virus (la aussi j'ai galérer, car tous les 30jrs il fallait réinstaller, j'ignore comment j'ai fait pour que avast ne réclame plus rien)

L'un des 2 pc est lent, il contiendrai des virus, leur messagerie est envahit de spam et ce malgrés qu'ils mettent les adresses en "indésirables", je ne suis pas douée en informatique mais je me débrouille quand même un peu, du moins 10x mieux qu'eux, je leur ai proposé de prendre une journée (la semaine prochaine) pour remettre en état leur machine, mais j'aurais aimé avoir une aide à mes cotés car si j'ai déjà utilisé spybot et compagnie je ne sais plus par quoi commencer.

Dans un premier temps je vais sauvegarder leur fichier dans un disk dure, j'utiliserai le pc le moins "malade" pour garder internet.

Voici les infos le pc le plus envahit :

LIFETEC Sous XP Ati Intel Inside Centrio (problème de virus, lenteur, spams cookies abondants, enormement de programmes inutiles dont j'ignore ce que c'est etc etc...)


Le second ayant Avast (celui que j'utiliserai pour communiquer ?)

HP Sous Vista Pentium (Spams, publicité intempestives peut etre aussi des virus ?)
A ma grande surprise ce pc n'a aucun logiciel, juste un dossier avec des photos et celui ci n'a plus de place !! Est ce Vista qui prend autant de place ?

on va regarder

Télécharge Random's system information tool RSIT et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
Double clique sur RSIT.exepour lancer l'outil.
Clique sur ' continue ' à l'écran Disclaimer.
Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.
Une fois le scan fini , 2 rapports vont apparaitre. Poste le contenu des 2 rapports.

C:\RSIT\log.txt & C:\RSIT\info.txt

CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller

merci pour ta réponse rapide, le hic c'est que je ne suis pas chez eux, par contre je vais me débrouiller pour y passer ce vendredi matin, je posterai donc le rapport ici.

Une question se pose à moi, mes parents sont trés peu dispo faut il qu'il prévoit une sauvegarde de leur fichier avant et mettre à ma dispo un cd de réinstallation de xp ?

bonjour,

Je galère un peu car le pc le plus "atteint" a une trés mauvaise connexion et jai eu un message d'erreur du genre "WooBrowser.exe a rencontré un problème etc..." je vais donc jongler entre les 2 ordinateurs et je poste ici les rapports du premier pc (sous XP) dés que c'est ok.

Je viens de lire un autre de tes post récent et je vais suivre les étapes que tu énumère en attendant à savoir USBfIX, option 1 et 2 en te mettant les rapports à chaque fois et enfin Malwarebytes

bonjour

Télécharge Malwarebytes

Tu auras un tutoriel à ta disposition pour l'installer et l'utiliser correctement.

Fais la mise à jour du logiciel (elle se fait normalement à l'installation)

Lance une analyse complète en cliquant sur "Exécuter un examen complet"

Sélectionnes les disques que tu veux analyser et cliques sur "Lancer l'examen"

L'analyse peut durer un bon moment.....

Une fois l'analyse terminée, cliques sur "OK" puis sur "Afficher les résultats"

Vérifies que tout est bien coché et cliques sur "Supprimer la sélection" => et ensuite sur "OK"

Un rapport va s'ouvrir dans le bloc note... Fais un copié/collé du rapport dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

* Il se pourrait que certains fichiers devront être supprimés au redémarrage du PC... Faites le en cliquant sur "oui" à la question posée
