Bonsoir. J'ai testé glary et il n'a rien trouvé; donc toujours les mêmes problèmes.

Bonsoir. Le virus me bloque l'accès à "panda". Est-il possible de le télécharger en mode sans échec ?

Quand j'arrive sur le site de Panda, il me demande de cliquer sur une barre jaune pour installer le contrôle Active X; mais le problème c'est que je n'ai pas de barre jaune !! Je fais comment ?? Encore merci de m'aider.

J'ai essayé via clubic ou 01net et j'ai la même réponse que sur le site de Panda. Le virus me bloque même la mise à jour de mon anti-virus !! Si tu as une autre idée, je pense que je vais passer une bnne partie de la soirée ici. Merci pour tout.

Pour ComboFix, je n'avais pas le choix puisque le virus me bloquait tout ce qui pouvait le détruire; y compris Malwarebytes et même mon anti-virus.
J'ai quand même demandé sur le site où tu m'avais envoyé comment faire et c'est là qu'il m'a été conseillé ComboFix.
Je te remercie de me prévenir des risques courus et je ne m'avancerais pas à l'utiliser sans un avis expert.
