How to get arceus without a nintendo event

Hello,
I want to know how to get 1 Arceus in Pearl without an event please respond quickly
Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7.0

    To obtain Arceus, you need the Azure Flute, which you can find in the Mystery Gift. Then, connect to Wi-Fi, and when you're done, go to your game and visit a store. There will be a guy in green; talk to him, and he will give you either: the Azure Flute or the letter from Professor Rowan (for Shaymin) or the membership card (for Darkrai).

    There you go.
