Hello everyone!
I'm looking for a song I heard on the street during a trip. It's a song with English lyrics; at the beginning, I think there are drums followed by ouououou ouou several times, and I believe the song starts with "I was born in the land" or something like that. It's a song that I've heard before, so I think it must be somewhat known. It's sung by a man, and I find the song has a bit of an Indian (like Native American) feel at the beginning.

I hope all these clues will help you find the title of this song that I'd really like to listen to again. Thank you in advance to whoever can find it for me.
