Virus pourrissant mon ordiRésolu/Fermé

Question

Bonjour,

je viens demarrer mon pc (vista) et la sans prevenir mon desktop ne s'affiche plus, et mes deux autres navigateurs ainsi que mon antivirus semblent ne plus fonctionner. Des messages d'alertes de trojan horse apparaissent aussi de mon antivirus. 
Bref je redemarre mon ordi et la je ne peux meme plus me logger. Je redemarre alors enfin en sans echec et je me connecte a votre site pour de l'aide. Svp c'est urgent.

Bonjour,

Redémarres le pc

Essaies ceci 

Si le Bureau ne réapparaît pas, presse Ctrl + Alt + Suppr , Onglet "Fichier" , "Nouvelle tâche" , tape explorer.exe et valide 

 ainsi que mon antivirus semblent ne plus fonctionner
Puis:
Des messages d'alertes de trojan horse apparaissent aussi de mon antivirus.

Fais un scan avec cet antispyware : 
Malwarebytes + tutoriel
 
Tu l´installes; mets le a jour...(onglet mise a jour)
Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case :
 "Executer un examen rapide".
Puis click sur "rechercher". 
Laisses le scanner le pc...
A la fin du scan, clique sur Afficher les résultats 
Si des elements on ete trouvés : 
> click sur supprimer la selection.
si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "oui".
A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; 
sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vue de le poster sur le forum.
Copies et colles le rapport stp.

non malheureusement je n'ai pas de point de restauration.

Desactive ton antivirus le temps de la manip ainsi que ton parefeu si présent(car il est detecté a tort comme infection) 

 Télécharge List&Kill'em et enregistre le sur ton bureau

 Branche clés usb , disques durs externes , mp3 , mp4 , etc.. 

double clique ( clic droit "executer en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista/7 ) sur le raccourci sur ton bureau pour lancer l'installation 

coche la case "creer une icone sur le bureau" 

une fois terminée , clic sur "terminer" et le programme se lancera seul 

choisis la langue puis choisis l'option 1 = Mode Recherche 

 laisse travailler l'outil 

à l'apparition de la fenetre blanche , c'est un peu long , c'est normal , le programme n'est pas bloqué. 

un rapport du nom de catchme apparait sur ton bureau , ignore-le,ne le poste pas , mais ne le supprime pas pour l instant, le scan n'est pas fini. 

 Poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre aux 100 % du scan à l'ecran "COMPLETED" 

tu peux supprimer le rapport catchme.log de ton bureau maintenant.

Ok c'est en cours de scan.

Sinon j'ai l'impression d'avoir perdu tous mes mail outlook, mon navigateur semble avoir ete reinitialise( proxy a reentrer). C'est peut etre lie au mode sans echec mais j'en doute. 

Comment se fait il que je ne puisse aussi pas me connecter en tant qu'utilisateur en mode normal?

j'hesite a installer windows seven a la place de windows vista en esperant que ca regle le probleme. Mes fichiers sont sur une autre partition de mon disque dur mais je ne sais pas si c'est sur. Est-ce que ca me reglera mon probleme?

Essayes de redémarrer en mode normal....
quand tu es sur la fenetre d'ouverture de session essaye de faire plusieurs fois alt+ctrl+ suppr 
ça devrait t'ouvrir la forme securisée et tu tapes "administrateur" et le mot de passe administrateur que tu as mis à l'install
