puis onglet démarrage et décoches tout ce qui est en relation avec "vista guardian 2010"

Si elle ne peux démarrer le pc, même procédure mais cette fois in faut redémarrer le pc en mode sans échec. "Touche F8 ou F5 selon les pc

Téléchargez sur votre bureau >> RSIT << (de random/random)
• Double cliquez sur RSIT.exe,
• Appuyez sur [Continue] à l'écran « Disclaimer »,
• Si Hijackthis n’est pas installé, RSIT le téléchargera -> acceptez la licence,

je suis perdu peut tu me reexpliquer je suis sous vista et dans l'onglet demarage je ne trouve rien et comment telecharge t'on rsit, désole de ma stupidité.

excuse moi sous vista tu appuie sur la touche windows + la touche R et la tu fais la suite comme expliquer

pour rsit tu a bien accès a internet depuis un autre ordi donc tu télécharge le logiciel et tu le met sur ton PC qui merde

comment telecharge ton rsit

comment je le met sur mon pc

comment je peut te poster le rapport

SI TA CONNEXION FONCTIONNE EN MODE SANS ÉCHEC AVEC PRISE EN CHARGE RÉSEAUX

FAIS SA

Fais un scan avec cet antispyware :
Malwarebytes + tutoriel

Tu l´installes; mets le a jour...(onglet mise a jour)
Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case :
"Executer un examen rapide".
Puis click sur "rechercher".
Laisses le scanner le pc...
A la fin du scan, clique sur Afficher les résultats
Si des elements on ete trouvés :
> click sur supprimer la selection.
si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "oui".
A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir;
sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vue de le poster sur le forum.
Copies et colles le rapport stp.

Télécharge et installe UsbFix de C_XX & El desaparecido :

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptibles d’avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir !

* Double clique sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau.
* Choisis l’option 1 (Recherche)
* Laisse travailler l’outil.
* Ensuite poste l’intégralité du rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra.

Notes :
- Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. (C:\UsbFix.txt)
(CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner, CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller sur le forum).
- "Process.exe", une composante de l’outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. Il ne s’agit pas d’un virus, mais d’un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d’où l’alerte émise par

donc la je suis en train de faire l'analyse avec malwarebytes je te post apres le resulata mais je n'est pas compris la suite pour le usb et en suite tu parle de antivir c'est ce que j'ai c'est peut etre ca ?
