A promise is a promise: I've done a bit of research, it's a new MSI card technology that allows for energy savings (note: the article says it's a new tech... but I haven't checked when the article was published.... in absolute terms, everything is relative).
https://www.59hardware.net/dossier/evenements-lives-et-interviews/le-p45-chez-msi%2c-drmos%2c-green-power%2c-...-200805146277/1.html
DrMos is the integration of three components within a single chip, it integrates the Driver IC and both high and low Mosfets. According to MSI, the consumption is decreasing while improving efficiency, a direct consequence is the lower heat output of DrMos compared to conventional systems.

Not bad the definition of a Geek... I'll have to remeasure^^^^
Regarding your question..... there is a problem (for me):
* either it's DR DOS a operating system that was once a "competitor" of DOS. But it's been a long time since I've come across it.
* or I'm not qualified to answer you.... sorry

I followed the link...
it's not MrDOS (like MerDoS as we used to joke before the arrival of Windows... now we're less cocky^^^) it's DrMOS.
it relates to the power supply if I believe the context. But I admit my limitations. I will try to find out more.
