Probleme d'installation de windows xp sous hp

Bonjour,
jai un probleme avec l'installation de windows xp su un pc portable hp avec processeur athlon x2 64; en effet l'installation commence mai s'arrete au milieu et apparait l ecran bleu d'erreur; sachant que le systeme deja installe est windows vista home baisc sp1 en italian et je veux changer un systeme d'exploitation en francais;
comment faire pour ce probleme et merci;
