Problème USBfix

Bonjour,

J'ai subi une infection de mon ordinateur qui a également infecté mon disque dur portable.

Mon antivirus (avast) étant impuissant, j'ai tenté de lancer USBfix. malheureusement, s'il est capable de repérer les logiciels infectieux, il n'arrive pas à fermer les applications et donc a faire redémarrer l'ordinateur.

Je vous demande humblement s'il me serait possible de me sortir de cette situation embarrassante (ce virus finit par empêcher le démarrage de l'ordinateur).
