VIDEO MPG et bouton PLAY/STOP???????

Bonjour,
J'ai un problème, j'ai inserré une vidéo MPG dans mon site mais je ne sais pas comment mettre un bouton pause, arrêt, ... Mon site est en HTML, la vidéo a été faite avec mon appareil Sony, et j'utilise Windows media player et surtout je débute....Pouvez-vous m'aider, voilà ce que j'ai sur ma page html ????
