Hello,
I’m going to explain to you how to get a lot of resugraine.
To start with there are two tips: 1) there is a dungeon inhabited by resugraine and 2) there are the miracle letters.

1) the dungeon that is inhabited by resugraine is named: Le Gratte Egide (this is where Regis, Registeel, Regirock and Regigigas are) once you think you have traversed the three enigmas you will have plenty of resugraine.
