Issues with TLC edusoft Let's speak English

Hello,
I managed to install the program "Let's Speak English" TLC Edusoft version 7 on Windows HP2000. However,
when I launch the CD, the following message appears: "QuickTime could not be initialized." The program
runs without images [without videos]. It cannot initialize the local server.
