Convert rar software to exe?

Right-click on a file then select "winrar" (from the context menu) followed by "add to archive"... and there, miracle... you just have to check a box "create a SFX archive". Then you go to the "advanced" tab to configure the extraction.

rar is an archive, by an executive. That said, using WinRAR (for example), you can convert the rar archive to .exe

Then you open the file with the same name that WinRAR just created, and there you go!

Yes. But it needs to be extracted. It depends if it contains an application; you have it as .exe, but changing a rar archive to .exe, I don’t think it’s possible.
