Thank you, but it's not working. When I click on your link, a window opens where I can download Adobe Flash Player. When I click on the yellow button, I get a new window and nothing happens!!!
It says "Your download will start automatically." If it doesn't, click here to start the download. So I click on that sentence and a window appears with the file install_flash_player.exe with two buttons: save file or cancel. I choose to save the file. The file moves to my desktop and when I click on the icon, it asks me to Run or Cancel. I click on Run. A window opens and it says: the following applications must be closed before using the Adobe Flash Player Plugin: below it says Firefox. I can either cancel or try again. There you go, I'm stuck!!!!

no you are not blocked, you check where your flash player is installed, you close firefox, install the flash player and then reopen firefox, it's normal it can't be installed with an open browser

Yes, I'm doing well at this address, and I have no sound issues when watching YouTube; I myself don't understand. Since the new Europe 1 site, I have no sound; all other modules on my computer work perfectly.

It still doesn't work, thank you for your help but maybe we should wait a little for their new system to be set up. If you have other solutions, I'm open to trying them but I'm afraid we'll have to wait for their technicians to find the flaw. See you later.

      try with internet explorer
it is undeniable that they have put a new plug-in but I read it without problem for my part
maybe a firefox add-on that blocks or your antivirus firewall?

It's just a regular SWF, the player; if you're updated, there's no reason
don't you have Adblock Plus or a similar add-on, and could you have accidentally blocked the Europe 1 player?
in Firefox, go to tools, add-ons, plugins, and check if you have "Shockwave Flash" installed and enabled, and what version

Regarding your message from February 8, the connection via Internet Explorer works, meaning I can browse the site but I still have no sound. As for your message from February 9, no, I don't think I have Adblock Plus, but I don't understand what you're asking me, what is a plugin?
In Firefox, I have Shockwave Flash installed and the version is 10.0.42.34 (in fact, there is another number below which is 10.0 r42).

Adblock Plus is a browser extension that allows you to block ads

you have Shockwave Flash and it's up to date, I have the same and it works
if it doesn't work with Internet Explorer, it doesn't come from your Firefox
apart from an antivirus or firewall issue or a security setting that disables the automatic launch of SWF, I honestly don't see it at all, sorry

      Hi,
I think I found it. I've had a crash report for some time that closes my Mozilla browser. While searching online, I uninstalled a Daemons Toolbar extension. Also, when I was on the Europe 1 page, I didn't try to click on the play button (which becomes pause)... in hindsight, that's quite regrettable on my part. Anyway, it's working again. See you later.

      Hi
Okay, you installed this with daemon tools, it's all the rage with free software, they finance themselves by installing "sponsors", toolbars that are often spywares
      see here
      https://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/17992-desinstaller-une-toolbar
      glad if it works again
be careful with free software installations, do not click on next mechanically, otherwise you'll have surprises
don't forget to mark as resolved (to the right of your original topic)

I'm taking the opportunity to ask you something else. For some time now, Mozilla Firefox has been crashing and displaying a crash report; I've been looking for a solution, but I can't find one. What do you think? See you later.

try resetting it, too many toolbars or modules installed probably
you will reinstall only what you really need as you go

I have a problem because after typing the words indicated in start and run, the original Firefox page opens!!! When it should be the following interface: In the interface that opens, choose "Reset preferences to Firefox defaults"
      What should I do?

My firewall is disabled, my antivirus Avast (free version) has never blocked the old Europe 1 site. As you said, it doesn't work even with Internet Explorer. If it's a security setting, I have no idea where the problem comes from. Thank you anyway for your help.

In fact, since you asked me to close my browser, I used Internet Explorer to download Unlocker and a window opened indicating phishing. In the end, I installed it using Firefox but my problem is that I don't have the option to choose Unlocker when I right-click on either of the two files!!!! Have a nice day.

      Hello
did you restart properly? Do you have the unlocker icon in the notification area? (bottom right)
if not, open start unlocker assistant (in the program list) so that you have it in your notification area

      start run, type cookies
then you do ctrl+a (select all) and press the delete key

for each deletion failure, unlocker should start, choose initially to unlock everything if it indicates active processes and then retry the deletion each time with the delete key and choose delete as the action if unlocker starts

      do not delete index.dat

do the same by typing %tmp%

You have a lot of small problems, maybe some spywares

Do you regularly delete your temporary files and registry keys? If not, install CCleaner
    https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/5647-ccleaner/
In advanced options, uncheck "delete temporary files older than 48 hours"
uncheck install the yahoo toolbar during installation

Scan and clean with the cleaner and registry tools
    https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-ccleaner/

Download Malwarebytes, update it and choose full scan
    https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/14361-malwarebytes-anti-malware/
And finally, after downloading this, paste a report here

    https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/19597-rsit/

    https://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/20334-tutoriel-comment-interpreter-un-rapport-rsit

Ps: version 3.6 of Firefox has been released, click on the question mark at the top, check for updates

      Hello,

      Hello
no virus in malwarebytes, antivirus wake up when another scan is done, it's normal you can disable avast while scanning
(or even better, change antivirus ;-)

there is no action taken, I assume you posted before disinfection?
by clicking next after the report it offers you deletion, go ahead, you're full of junk :-)
if you stopped, rescan and go all the way to disinfection

      Hello,
Could you confirm if the speed listed on DVD RW boxes is important? According to what I've read, it would depend on my burner. I bought a box of 5 DVDs with a speed of 4x; is that suitable? Thank you.

Yes, 4x for RW is the standard frequency, I don't think there's anything faster for RW.
You shouldn't try to burn too quickly as it increases the risk of error.
The maximum burn speed is marked on the DVD; if your burner is recent, it will support this speed. If it's older, it will burn at 2x, but it's been years since burners have been burning RW at 4x.
However, some older standalone DVD players do not read films burned on RW DVDs, so you'll need to test it on yours.
To burn data, there’s no problem.

      Hello,
I need your opinion because I bought a game on my PC (Splinter Cell Conviction), but when I play, everything is choppy. The character moves very slowly; it's not great in terms of rendering. Is this due to my video card not being powerful enough? What should I do to improve this? What do you recommend? Thank you.
