Hello,
I am posting this message to ask for help with my TrixBox. Here is my problem:
*I have a Trixbox server installed on a computer that I am connected to via LAN
*I am using the asterisk server, specifically FreePBX
*I work graphically through Trixbox
*My problem is the configuration of my voicemail:
I have installed all the necessary packages (I think)
I have added SIP users
I have enabled voicemail for them
When I call a busy user I indeed reach a voicemail but it is in English, I cannot set a personalized message for the voicemail.
Here is the information I need:
_How to add a voicemail to a user
_How to configure this voicemail so that when I call a busy user I reach the message I recorded.
_I welcome any other information about configuring voicemail on TrixBox.
Thank you in advance to those who will respond

Yes, the voicemail is activated because when I call a busy user, I get an English message telling me to leave a message, I leave a message and I can then listen to it by calling my voicemail.
My only problem is changing the welcome message of my voicemail. -
try to configure it directly on the client: you call your mailbox + password *98

Yes, I understand what you mean, but my real problem is not there.
In fact, I have already used *77 to record a message, for example, then I put it in "announcement" in Trixbox, but I still have the default welcome message in English; it’s that message that I can’t change. -
ah ok.
Have you at least activated the voicemail?
Have you restarted the Trixbox to see if that takes effect?

It's all good, problem solved; I downloaded the French modules from another site and installed them instead of the English modules.

There’s an easier way to change your voicemail message, just call the voicemail box *97 and listen to the lady ^^. Basically, to change your message, just press 0 to access your voicemail options, then press 1 to change your message. Once the beep sounds, record your desired message and press # to finish. Press 1 to confirm the message and voilà, you’re done :).

Hello!
I'm new to telephony and currently configuring a TrixBox 2.8.0.3 server, but I'm stuck on several things:
1: How to receive calls that come in on the landline from the extensions and also make calls through that same line?
2: What hardware is needed? Knowing that I only have a France Telecom line, a Livebox, and my TrixBox server with local SIP accounts.
3: How to configure the Day/Night mode so that it goes to voicemail at night?
4: What is needed to configure Sendmail?
Thank you for your answers.
