Erreur 403 - Interdit

Hello,

I created my website with Web to Date 5. It was online until I made a correction to a text and published it without any problem. However, when I try to open the page, I get "Error 403 - Forbidden
Access to the file requires permission." I haven't changed any properties of the site. Host, username, and password are correctly specified. My hosting provider is 1&1.
Thank you for your help, this is a professional website.
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0
