Win:32 malware gen

Bonjour,
J'ai eu une bien bonne surprise ce matin, Avast me détecte un beau petit malware win32! j'ai beau lui dire move chest ou delete, il réapparet toujours. Je ne sais pas si j'ai d'autres infections. J'ai fait un scan avec ZHPdial et j'ai le résultat.

Est-ce que quelqu'un pourrait m'aider vite fait bien fait, et en même temps me donner quelques trucs pour le nettoyage de pc?

    scan avec malwarebyte , fais un scan minutieux et colle le rapport obtenu et vire ce qui est trouvé:

    random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

    Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

    Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

    Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

    Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

    Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
    ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

    NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

      Bonjour,
      J'ai le souci de redirection vers site payant ou malveillant depuis 3j j'ai effectué deux analyse avec Malwarebytes : 66 elements infectés!! Jamais vu ça! lol

      je transmet le dernier rapport avec les 7 éléments restants qui je viens d'éradiquer...Si quelqu'un pouvait m'aiguiller sur la suite des évènements ca serait super sympas ^^
