SCROLL BAR IN EXCEL 2007

Hello,

For some reason that I don’t understand, the vertical scrollbar on one sheet is no longer working while it works on the other sheets. However, it used to work on that sheet before.
What should I do to make the vertical scrollbar (or the scroll bar) work again?
On the other hand, the horizontal scrollbar works on all sheets.
Is there a function that prevents using the vertical scrollbar on just one sheet and not on the others?

    Window==>Release the shutters?
