Redirection intempestives sur Firefox Résolu

Question

Bonjour,

J'utliise Firefox et depuis quelques semaines je suis régulièrement redirigé vers des pubs en tous genres.
Je dois cliquer sur "Skip this Ad" pour m'en débarasser...
Si quelqu'un sait ce que je dois faire pour me débarasser de ca, merci d'avance !

Je viens de faire quelques recherches avec Google
(c'est là que ça arrive le plus souvent)
ça revient immédiatement...

Bonjour et Bienvenue sur CCM

Télécharge  random's system information tool (RSIT)  (de Random/Random) sur le bureau.

    * Lance RSIT en double cliquant sur son icône
    * La fenêtre de Disclaimer apparait : clique sur "Continue" (laisse par défaut 1 month)
    * Si HijackThis n'est pas présent, pas à jour ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, il sera téléchargé : Tu dois l'autoriser et accepter la licence.
    * Après le balayage, 2 rapports vont s'ouvrir au format bloc-note : log.txt (qui sera affiché) ainsi que de info.txt
    * Copie-colle les rapports dans ton prochain message 

Si les rapports ne s'ouvrent pas spontanément ils se trouvent dans le répertoire suivant : C:\rsit\

1.Télécharge OTM (de Old_Timer) sur le bureau

    * Lance l'outil en faisant un double clic sur l'icône OTM
    * La fenêtre principale de l'outil s'ouvre :
    * Copie la liste en citation ci-dessous et colle-la dans le cadre "Paste instructions for Items to be Moved"

    * Poste le rapport dans qui se trouve dans le répertoire suivant C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFile

2.  Lance Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et effectue la mise à jour
    * Clique dans l'onglet du haut "Recherche"
    * Coche l'option "Exécuter un examen rapide" puis sur le bouton "Rechercher"
A la fin de l'analyse, si MBAM n'a rien trouvé :
    * Clique sur OK, le rapport s'ouvre spontanément
Si des menaces ont été détectées :
    * Clique sur OK puis "Afficher les résultats"
    * Choisis l'option "Supprimer la sélection"
    * Si MBAM demande le redémarrage de Windows : Clique sur "Oui"
    * Une fois le PC redémarré, le rapport se trouve dans l'onglet "Rapports/Logs"
    * Sinon le rapport s'ouvre automatiquement après la suppression, copie/colle le rapport dans le prochain message.

En fait, il a apparemment bloqué sur un fichier.. mais cela a "réveillé" l'antivirus (AntiVir). J'ai choisi de supprimé le fichier. Cela explique pourquoi OTM ne le trouvait plus par la suite...

il n'y a plus de publicités depuis quelques heures.. tant mieux !! :)

Je fai le scan d'Antivir demain, et j'envoie ça.

Euh.. par contre j'ai supprimé manuellement OMT et Rsit de mon bureau.. mais.. j'avai oublié les dossiers associés.. Arf, je suis désolé ! J'ai voulu aller trop vite.
Je veux bien tes conseils, si tu as encore du temps à me consacrer bien sur !

Et pour Comodo.. justement j'ai eu un souci.
J'ai une Epson Stylus DX4250.
Et Comodo bloquait l'Espon Status Monitor, qui se lance à chaque impression.
Mais sans me prévenir !
J'ai fini par trouver en fouillant un peu.. 
J'ai mi en mode "Inactif" le Défense + (ou Défense proactive)

Depuis, je peux imprimer mais... suis-je réellement protéger ?

Bonjour

OK c'est bon le virus trouvé était dans le système de restauration. Tu peux supprimer manuellement aussi dans la racine du disque les "restes" de OTM et rsit.


1. Supprime les anciens points de restauration :  

Clique sur le Poste de travail, puis fait un clic droit sur le disque dur principal (en général C:/)
    * Clique sur Propriétés
Dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre dans l'onglet général
    * Clique sur Nettoyage de disque
Une boîte de dialogue te demande de patienter le temps du calcul, une nouvelle fenêtre va s'ouvrir.
    * Choisit le 2ème onglet Autres options puis l'item Restauration du système
    * Valide la boîte de dialogue qui s'affiche en cliquant sur Oui
    * Ferme ensuite la fenêtre Nettoyage de disque en cliquant sur OK 

2.  Nettoyage  Windows 

Je vois que tu possèdes déjà le logiciel Ccleaner

4. Les logiciels de sécurité

Tu peux garder Malwarebytes qui est un excellent logiciel anti-malware et t'en servir régulièrement pour un scan rapide sur ton PC sans oublier de le mettre à jour. 

Antivir est un très bon choix, à la fin de ce tuto tu trouveras des infos pour bien l'utiliser :

Par contre, bien sûr ce n'est pas une obligation, je te conseille de désinstaller Spybot S&D, ce fut un excellent logiciel mais maintenant il est dépassé dans certains domaines, et certaines fonctionnalités peuvent ralentir ta machine. De plus la fonction tea timer pourrait créer des conflit avec Comodo. car il protège certaines clés de registres aussi.
Attention il ne se désinstalle pas n'importe comment suivre ce tutoriel :

Pour ton soucis d'imprimante avec Comodo, je te conseille de demander sur le forum comodo. tu obtiendras une réponse beaucoup plus pertinente que celle que je pourrais de donner. En tout état de cause Antivir + Comodo + Malwarebytes + suivre les conseils décrit plus bas (cf Quelques règles simples), c'est suffisant et même très bien.
Le module defense +  est intéressant mais "bavard" de plus il faut savoir interpréter ses alertes. Donc soit tu résous le problème de l'imprimante, soit tu désinstalles CIS et tu installes seulement le pare-feu.

5. Mises à jour

Pour Java je vois que ta version est à jour, c'est très bien. Voici une astuce pour maintenir à jour les logiciels installés sur ton PC

Mise à jour des logiciels présents sur ta machine

    * Clique sur Start Scanner
    * Une fois "Java applet" chargé, coche :
      Enable thorough system inspection
      Display only insecure programs
    * Clique sur Start


Patiente le scan peut être long ! Le résultat t'indiquera les logiciels à mettre à jour ainsi que les liens pour le faire. Les fois suivantes tu pourras juste faire Display only insecure programs pour te maintenir à jour.


      Quelques règles simples :

    * La multiplication des protections est une source de conflit et n'est pas plus efficace pour la sécurité :
      1 seul anti-virus à jour, 1 seul pare-feu à jour, 1 seul anti-spyware (une préférence pour MBAM) 
    * Ne pas surfer en droits administrateurs
    * Tenir Windows et les autre logiciels sensibles à jour : Anti-Virus, Java, Adobe, etc..
    * Ne pas installer n'importe quel logiciel sur son PC (surtout via des liens publicitaires), toujours se renseigner avant.
    * Éviter les sites à risques (pornographiques, etc...) et les comportements à risques (P2P, cracks, warez....)
    * Ne pas cliquer aveuglement sur des liens contenus dans les messages inconnus ou suspects (E-mails, messageries instantanées, réseaux sociaux...)
    * Utiliser un navigateur alternatif et le sécuriser (par exemple Firefox avec des modules complémentaires comme AdBlock, Noscript, WOT)

Tout d'abord merci encore pour le temps consacré aux personnes comme moi !!!

Ensuite, et bien.. le problème semble avoir définitivement disparu !

Sinon j'ai suivi tes étapes, tout s'est bien passé.
Pour l'imprimante, j'ai changé Comodo.. enfin je l'ai ré-installé, juste avec le pare-feu.
Ca semble là aussi mieux marcher.

J'ai désinstallé SpyBot, il est vrai qu'accumuler les logiciels n'est pas forcément LA solution :)

Voilà.. je crois que j'ai fait le tour !!!

1. Télécharge OTM  (de Old_Timer) sur le bureau

    * Lance l'outil en faisant un double clic sur l'icône OTM
    * La fenêtre principale de l'outil s'ouvre :
    * Copie la liste en citation ci-dessous et colle-la dans le cadre "Paste instructions for Items to be Moved"

    * Clique sur MoveIt ! pour lancer la suppression
    * A la fin du processus le PC va redémarrer
    * Poste le rapport dans qui se trouve dans le répertoire suivant C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFile

 !! Désactive les logiciels de protection (anti-virus, anti-spyware, etc) et les défenses résidentes !!
Tu réactiveras Antivir et defense + (Comodo) après cet opération 

2.. Rends-toi sur le site de GMER http://www.gmer.net/

Attention lit attentivement les instructions, cet outil est à manier avec précautions

* Clique sur le bouton Download EXE pour télécharger l'outil avec un nom aléatoire afin que les malwares ne bloquent pas son exécution.
* Télécharge ce fichier sur le bureau
* Double clique sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le programme

Si aucun rootkit n'est détecté

Clique sur le bouton Copy puis OK et colle le dans ton prochain message.

Si un rootkit est détecté au démarrage du programme, une boite de dialogue s'ouvre :

WARNING, GMER has.............., Do you want to fully scan your system ?

=> Clique sur "YES"

Patiente l'opération peut être longue
Une fois le scan terminé une boite de dialogue s'ouvre:
GMER has found system modification caused by rootkit activity
=> Clique sur OK

Exécute ceci sur chaque éléments en rouge trouvé
( le type de l'élément se trouve dans la colonne de droite)

* Clique-droit Delete the service pour les services
* Clique-droit Kill Process pour les processus
* Clique-droit Delete file pour les fichiers

Pour chaque opération, tu devras valider par OK (ou Oui)

Pour générer le rapport clique sur le bouton Copy puis OK et colle le dans ton prochain message. 

3. Fait un scan avec Malwarebytes, n'oublie pas de faire la mise à jour et cette fois demande un Examen complet du système. Je pense que maintenant tu connais ce logiciel sinon reporte toi ici :

Voilà le rapport Malware..
Je reste perplexe... y'a tjrs des pubs... 

Pour l'instant "normal", un élément m'avait échappé au début de mon intervention.

Regarde si tu peux encore désinstallé via Ajout/Suppr de Programmes : LoudMo (ou contenant ce nom) Sinon essaye de supprimer le dossier directement  dans C:\Program Files (si encore présent)

Tu surfes bien avec Firefox d'habitude et les pubs viennent lorsque tu surfes avec ?

Pour être sûr de bien "nettoyer" Firefox, désinstalle le via Ajout/Suppr de Programmes (tu peux sauvegarder tes marques pages si tu veux)
Rends toi dans le répertoire C:\Program Files et supprime le dossier Mozilla Firefox afin de supprimer ton profil
Télécharge et installe la dernière version ici : http://www.mozilla-europe.org/fr/firefox/

Supprime les ancien points de restauration et n'oublie pas Ccleaner ainsi que mes recommandations
