non pas de probleme
navilog a travaillé
mais c'est tout ce que l'on peu dire, si tu nous explique pas pourquoi , tu en ai arrivé
a l'utiliser, 
tu ferai mieu de nous donner un rapport RSIT , 
vu que tu connait navilog, je suppose que je n'ai pas d'autre explication a te donner

re bonjour

voila un discours adulte, effectivement ce n'est pas un outil sans danger
bien qu'il soit maintenant optimisé
mais ton geste a été , dans ce cas, recompensé de succés

pour  Adaware , il n'est plus vraiment éfficace
par contre  Ccleaner est un bon reflexe
pour rsit
voici une procedure
>>Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe   par random/random 
>>sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.
>>Double-clique sur RSIT.exe   Clic Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.
>>Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.
>>Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.  log.txt qui sera affiché  ..ainsi que de info.txt qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches.

Maintenant la fenêtre ne reste que 1/10ème de sec.

decidement bon on va essayer Clique sur Démarrer, puis sur Exécuter. tape cmd, puis clique sur OK. À l'invite de commandes, tape msiexec.exe /unregister, puis appuie sur ENTRÉE. ensuite Tape msiexec /regserver et appuie sur ENTRÉE. aprés on verifie la base de registre tu refait Exécuter, et tape regedit et tu cherche HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT tu clic dessus une seule fois et tu va dans le menu Edition,en haut, sur autorisations. tu clic sur autorisations Si SYSTEM n'est pas répertorié dans la liste Noms d'utilisateur ou de groupe, clique sur Ajouter, il faut que le nom de l'ordinateur local s'affiche dans la zone À partir de cet emplacement, tape system dans la zone Entrez les noms des objets à sélectionner, clique sur Vérifier les noms, puis sur OK. Clique sur SYSTEM dans la liste Noms d'utilisateur ou de groupe, puis active la case à cocher Contrôle total sous Autoriser dans la zone Autorisations pour SYSTEM. Cliquz sur Appliquer, sur OK , c'est fini

Au risque de me répéter, quelle galère. j'ai donc fait ce que tu m'as dit.
A noter qu'il y avait SYSTEM ds les noms d'Utilisateurs et que la case Contrôle Total était déjà cochée.
J'ai ensuite relancé Norton removal qui de nouveau me dit de supprimer d'abord symantec anti virus par "ajout/suppression de pgm". Je m'exécute et tu sais quoi ? rebelotte :"Impossible d'accéder au service Windows Installer. Ceci peut se produire en mode ss échec. Contactez votre support technique pour assistance".
Et j'ai tjrs Symantec d'actif. C'est agaçant, hein ?

Au fait, nouveau pb : maintenant mon ordi prend 10 mns pour chaque instruction (pour trouver Google, pour afficher l'exploreur Windows... bref pour tout)
Je sais bien que je n'y connais rien et je reste très humble, mais serait-il possible de remettre les choses telles qu'elles étaient, juste pour ce W-E parce que ma fille a un rapport à sortir sous Word pour lundi - et que là,
ben c'est "un peu" lent.
On pourra remettre cela quand je ferai signe. Lundi a priori. En attendant, prends une bande dessinée

j'avais deja edité une procedure de desinstallation de norton 

que voici


1) Arrêter ou quitter le programme dans le "Systray" ( barre des taches en bas à droite sur votre écran)
les icônes du "Systray" représentent les applications qui tournent en arrière plan sur votre machine, vous devez avoir une icône avec "Norton", il faut faire un « clic droit » sur l'icône => Quitter

2 ) Arrêter et désactiver les services de Norton antivirus dans les services (Menu Démarrer => exécuter :et tapez services.msc - attention il y a plusieurs services)
pour trouver les services de Norton antivirus, vous avez la possibilité de les connaître par l'intermédiaire de l'outil : msconfig

Vous connaîtrez les services, en allant dans l'onglet "services" => Ne pas montrer les services windows
Une fois que vous aurez la liste, vous revenez dans l'outil "services.msc"

La liste des services à désactiver devrait être celle-ci :

- Norton Unerase Protection

3 ) Vérifier et tuer les processus dans les gestionnaire des taches (appuyez sur les 3 touches en mêmes temps : CTRL + ALT + SUPPR) de votre clavier
les processus à terminer sont :

- SAVScan.exe

Ils n'y sont peut être pas tous sur votre machine, tout dépend de votre version installée.

si vous allez plus loin :
4) Supprimez les entrées dans MSCONFIG Allez dans le menu "Démarrer" ---> exécuter : msconfig ---> supprimer les entrées dans l'onglet "démarrage"
Supprimer toutes les entrées de Norton , elles ressemblent à peu prés à cela :

Une fois ces opérations effectuées, arrêtez votre ordinateur pour prendre en compte les changements dans les services et les options de démarrage.
Ensuite, vous redémarrez votre machine
et normalement:

Ensuite, allez dans le "Menu Démarrer" ---> Panneau de configuration ---> Ajouts/Suppressions de programmes,
Trouvez : Norton antivirus ---> et cliquez sur "Modifier" ---> une fenêtre s'ouvre, c'est maintenant que vous cliquez sur ---> "Désinstaller".
L'ordinateur demandera de redémarrer pour faire le ménage, laissez le faire.
Ensuite refaire la même opération pour les autres programmes de Symantec qui se nomment : Live Reg et Live Updates
++++pour un bon nettoyage :
6) Supprimer les reliquats sur le disque durNorton et Symantec laissent plein de traces sur votre disque dur, il faut terminer le ménage à la main:
Ouvrez votre explorateur, allez dans l'arborescence du disque dur C:\ ---> et cherchez :
C:\Program Files\Symantec\
C:\program Files\Norton\
C:\Program Files\Fichiers communs\Symantec\
C:\Documents And Settings\Votre compte\Application Data\Symantec\

et clic droit sur chaque dossier =>Supprimer

En principe, à ce stade, la suite Norton est correctement désinstallée.

Bon me voila de retour. En résumé depuis le 22/01 :
Je n'ai pas pu suivre les instructions ci-dessus car mon PC refusait de réagir (lenteur).
Symantec, que je n'arrivais pas à désinstaller depuis +ieurs jours , était en fait inactif sans que je m'en sois rendu compte ==> le PC, infesté de chevaux de Troie, s'est planté. Hasard et comble de tout, ma ligne internet a sauté aussi (tout pour plaire), asns lien apparent entre les 2 incidents.
Je ne me suis plus posé de questions et j'ai tout remis à blanc et reconfiguré, solution radicale.
Donc plus de problème.

En fait de temps en temps et selon mes urgences professionnelles, je travaille at home sur mon PC perso. Je me suis trouvé dans l'urgence de devoir le faire ==> j'ai donc contacté un artisan informatique local qui a reconfiguré. Je lui ai expliqué mes desboires et, rassure toi, il me dit que parmi les nombreux blogs de conseils informatiques qu'il connaît, les seuls qui tiennent la route et ne font pas faire n'importe quoi sont "Comment ça marche ?" et un 2ème dont je ne me souviens plus du nom.

c'est trés bien
Symantec est un peu lourd , a la place de ton entreprise 
j'aurai pris Kaspersky Antivirus 2010

dans un usage privé et gratuit , je conseil antivir d'avira

petit truc pour explorer
SpywareBlaster  qui va t'aider à completer la protection de ton navigateur
